Your tour starts with 2 nights in the Inverness area, where you have the opportunity to explore beautiful Loch Ness, visit the battlefield at Culloden, see the famous 'Macbeth' castle at Cawdor or perhaps do a trip to the whisky distilleries in nearby Speyside. From Inverness travel to the scenic North West Coast of Scotland where you will be located for the next 2 nights. In this remote and unspoilt area you can visit stunning lochs surrounded by impressive mountains, or secluded bays - we'll even tell you where you can see a beach with pink sand. From the North West coast, travel by ferry from Ullapool to the Isle of Lewis, inhabited since the Iron Age. Discover all the island has to offer including the ancient standing stones at Callanish during your 2 night stay on Lewis/Harris and view the picturesque mountainous scenery and stunning untouched beaches. Finally take the ferry from Tarbert over the sea to Uig on the romantic Isle of Skye and enjoy unsurpassed scenery of rugged mountain ranges and glens. Stay on the Isle of Skye for 2 nights where you will finish your trip with us. Take the time to visit historic castles and the grave of the famous Scottish heroine, Flora MacDonald, who helped Bonnie Prince Charlie escape from the Redcoats. There is even a fairy glen for you to see.
