The driving force behind the company is Marie Cruickshank who lives in the Scottish Highlands. A qualified home economist, she has an eye for high standards and good quality.

Through her many years' experience of running an award-winning B&B, she has learned a lot about what people want and need when they are on holiday. In addition to being a French speaker, Marie has completed Scotland's Best Management course and is holder of the Welcome Host award.

Marie went to San Antonio in Texas in May 2005 for a brief visit to meet clients
