Maybe you are unaware but the Commonwealth Games will be on in Glasgow from July 23rd until 3rd August - due to this there is NO ACCOMMODATION AT ALL along the corridor between Glasgow and Edinburgh at that time. You can fly into Aberdeen or Inverness from London or travel by train from Kings Cross Station in London if this helps!
